Developing TNE Partnerships is the core of our business

Transnational Education Partnerships

We assist our UK clients from the initial stage of prospective partner identification and early discussions, through more advanced 5 year plan consultation that encompasses key programme development, annual projections, market price points/contractual minimums, and elements relating to programme delivery such as the venue, lecturers, marketing and promotion activities, as well as the overall financial and legal standing of the proposed partner, among other supporting documents; in short – all the due diligence related documentation that the University will require to make an informed decision on the partnership.

Furthermore, we provide our clients with 2 key documents: A Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological (PEST) analysis that will also address the stability of the country, and an evaluative report of the standing and status of the prospective partner, which will extend to incorporating elements such as marketing position/reputation, integrity & ethics.

As an intermediary consultancy, conversations surrounding the identification of a partner can be initiated by either the UK side, or any public/private higher education institution that wishes to explore the merits of a TNE partnership – Noble Solutions encourages any institution seeking a partnership to engage with us.
