In-Country Rep Services
Noble Solutions has been offering in-country representative services to universities since 2018, initially focused on recruiting a Vietnam based market manager for Leeds Beckett University (LBU). Over the years, we deepened our relationship with LBU through multiple contract renewals, and further engagements to recruit, house and manage market managers in Indonesia (2020) and Thailand (2022), and an admission officer in Indonesia (2023); with a remit of admissions for the Southeast Asia region.
The market managers we employ often take a secondary market of focus which they visit frequently (Malaysia, Myanmar or the Philippines), and we then provide them access to a ready built network of education agents, international schools, universities and various education stakeholders.
In 2022, we secured a contract with the University of Liverpool to recruit, house and manage an Indonesia based market manager, again a contract that was renewed for a second term, and for a longer duration than the initial contract. Ensuring ease of entry and legal compliance is a vital value add, but our real strength comes in our reputation and depth of educational relationships built and maintained since 2013 in both Vietnam and Indonesia, and surrounding countries to which we regularly visit. We attract top talent (on average 400+ applications per job posting) and undertake a rigorous 3 stage interview process to which our university clients are exposed to.
We provide a professional work environment in the heart of Jakarta’s Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) and Hanoi’s Dong Da District, and provide services in Thailand through a co-working centre. Noble Solutions in-country rep service has been designed as a localised offset of our university clients’ International office, generating greater market returns and greater efficiency of market spend. In recognition of increased demand by the sector, we expanded our Jakarta facilities in 2024 to provide similar services to more universities, and further plan to expand our Vietnam facilities (Hanoi) in 2025.
